The
EAT DesignScope simulation is working exclusively with
the original machine data from the jacquard file. Those
files are often referred to as JC-File, Punch-File, Punching-File,
loom-ready file, electronic jacquard file, production disks,
jacquard controller file, etc. in formats such as Stäubli,
Bonas, Grosse, Schleicher, Jacob Müller, Takemura, Tiff
etc.
The
file takes into account all weaving parameters and yarn
parameters (yarn density, yarn quality, yarn material,
color, including the the control functions for a weaving
loom (density, warp and weft motion layouts). The dynamical
behavior of those parameters and the stucture of all warp
and weft yarns are then interpreted and corrected with
reference to the original machine file and presented or
evaluated on a screen or through a printer.
This
process is protected by the European Patent No. 0692562
and the U.S. Patent No. 5,829,487. |
