For many customers, thread tension and take-up, usually of the warp systems, can be a problem. Tensioning issues usually only occur during the actual weaving process and, most of the time, only then after a product is woven for quite some time. DesignScope® victor analyzes the design before weaving and shows possible problem areas in the design and for every single thread. The module can also be interlinked to become a part of a Running Chain. The module can also be activated within the EAT simulation. There it will also analyze the yarn-specific properties and their impact on the production process.
