Jacquard Processing

Jacquard Processing defines and compiles the complete working process from designs edited in Scope all the way to the control information for the Jacquard weaving machine. DesignScope victor offers a range of interlinked software modules that may be needed in different order or number.

With the Box Motion module EAT has realized an automization of the highy complex control related to the warp thread system. This information are directly dependent on the design and are automatically and invisibly saved as a set of parameters immediately after carrying out the design. Other software modules immediately indentify these Box Motion parameters and evaluate them accordingly. Other CAD/CAM-Systems demand the user to manually draw this control information traditionally onto the right or left side of the design. They consequently disturb the users in the process of working with other functions because they are visible as pixels within the design. Should the user have such existing design files, though, EAT naturally offers an interlinkable module for easy handling of those files.
